2. Definitions¶

| LOD | Limit of Detection — lowest concentration distinguishable from blank (mean blank + 3 SD) |
| LOQ | Limit of Quantitation — lowest concentration measurable with CV% ≤ 20% |
| Linear range | Concentration range where signal is proportional (r² ≥ 0.99) |
| CV% | Coefficient of variation — (SD / mean) × 100 |
3. Method¶
All assays use fluorescence immunochromatography (FICT) on the FIA680/FIA880 platform. Validation methodology follows the standard panel documented in the research center.
